Do you provide inspections in the evening?

• No, we provide a visual inspection of both the condition of the inside and outside of the home. In order to report accurately and provide a thorough inspection we require daylight.

Do you provide inspections on the weekend?

• Yes, please call for available times.

Do you inspect to the Standards of Practice of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors?

• Yes

Do I receive my report on site?

• Yes, we will review the summary of the inspection with you, answer your questions and leave you with the industry leader “Inspector Smart” report and maintenance guide.

Do you have costs for replacement and repair items?

• Yes, included in your report or link here to print .pdf.

What are your office hours?

• You will speak to our helpful and friendly office staff during regular business hours Mon – Fri and our 24/7 answering service for all other times.

Do you carry Errors & Omissions Insurance?

• Yes, each inspector is fully insured.

If I am relocating, can you invoice my relocation company?

• Yes, with the provision of the full address details at time of booking.
