Inspection Outline

A home inspection is a visual examination of the main components of the seven major systems of the house as outlined below. Our standard inspections include a 2 to 3 hour on site visual examination of the home and our exclusive 110 page report. We recommend you accompany the inspector for the full inspection to listen, discuss and ask questions.

The following topics will be discussed, depending on the specific features of the home and the type of questions asked during the inspection.
