Home Maintenance Guide

Preventative maintenance can avoid repairs and extend the life span of many components. Your home will be more valuable in the future and it virtually always obtains a much better rating than a similar home which is poorly maintained.

The following checklists are presented as basic guide to the homeowner for maintaining the various systems in a home. This schedule will be beneficial in keeping track of the numerous tasks involved in the upkeep of the various systems. Due to the complexity of systems throughout homes, this list will not encompass all the requirements of your home. In all cases, reference to any manufacturer’s warranties of recommendations is required. Please consult your serviceman for specifics of, or for any missing information on your systems.
