Vighnesh Thakur is a graduate of the Carson & Dunlop School of Home Inspection (2025), one of the most respected home inspection training programs in Canada. He conducts residential inspections in accordance with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) Standards of Practice, applying a structured and detail-oriented methodology to every property he evaluates.

Before entering the home inspection profession, Vighnesh built an extensive career as a Verification Engineer within a multinational IT firm. Combined with a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, this background developed his strong analytical thinking, systems-based evaluation, and disciplined attention to detail—skills that translate directly into the careful assessment of residential building systems.

Vighnesh performs comprehensive inspections of all major home components including structure, roofing, foundations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, attics, basements, and crawlspaces. His inspections focus not only on identifying current issues but also on recognizing safety concerns, major defects, and maintenance considerations that may impact a home over time.
