Construction-tested insight. Client-focused guidance. Inspections you can trust.
With more than 25 years of hands-on construction experience, including 14 years as a self-employed general contractor, Tim brings a practical, real-world understanding of how homes are built—and how they should perform. His background spans everything from new builds to full renovations and deficiency repairs across single-family homes and high-rise condominium projects. From footings to finishing, Tim has worked on every layer of the construction process.
This depth of experience gives him a unique advantage as a home inspector: he doesn’t just identify issues—he understands their root causes, their long-term implications, and the most practical solutions. Realtors and homebuyers appreciate his careful eye for detail, his calm, friendly communication style, and his ability to explain findings in a way that feels clear, balanced, and confidence-building.
Having personally built, bought, and sold multiple properties, Tim knows exactly how overwhelming the process can feel. That’s why his approach is grounded in transparency, education, and support. His clients consistently describe him as knowledgeable, steady, and genuinely invested in helping them make informed decisions about one of the biggest financial commitments of their lives.
Tim is a proud member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors and holds additional certifications in Working at Heights, WHMIS, Fall Protection, and Mobile Elevated Platforms—qualifications that allow him to safely conduct detailed exterior inspections, including those requiring zoom booms or scissor lifts. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Economics and an Information Technology diploma, further strengthening his analytical and problem-solving abilities.
If you’re looking for an inspector who pairs deep construction expertise with a people-first, supportive approach, Tim brings the perfect balance of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care. He’s the kind of inspector clients trust—and the kind realtors enjoy working with.
