His field experience includes coordinating invasive and non-invasive moisture testing, Tramex deck scanning for flat roofs, and participating in full-depth roof replacements.

Actively pursuing his Professional Engineer (P.Eng) licensure, Sai applies an engineering mindset to every inspection. When deeper investigation is needed, he provides specialized diagnostic capabilities, including thermal imaging, Tramex moisture detection, and CSA/ASTM window testing. Clients and REALTORS® receive clear, visual, same-day digital reports that simplify complex conditions without missing critical details.

Known for being approachable, reliable, and meticulous, Sai takes the time to walk clients through findings on-site so they feel informed—never overwhelmed.
